Hi, I'm Sophie. I am a certified Shiatsu Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. I received my education at the School of Zen Shiatsu in Chicago where I studied a unique blend of Eastern and Western modalities. I truly believe that we all have the innate wisdom and capacity to find health and happiness in this life. And humbly acknowledge that each person’s path is complex, nuanced, and constantly evolving. I am dedicated to meet each person where they are, with compassion and nonjudgment and help them reconnect to their own wellspring of health. 

 

As a person I am open-hearted, curious, and love a spontaneous adventure as much as I love curling up on the couch with coffee and a novel. In addition to being a Shiatsu Therapist, I am an artist, a sister, a traveler, and a seeker of the sacred within the mundane.
